AFRICAVENIR is an association initially created in Porto-Novo in Benin in July 2007 by Megan Stanislas AFAN with some of his friends. The association received the legal authorization receipt from the Prefecture of Porto-Novo on October 11, 2007 under number 2007/096 / SG / STCCD of September 27, 2007 and published in the Official Journal of the Republic of Benin n ° 04 of February 15, 2008.
